Who we work with
What kind of brands does BN work with?
Shopify D2C brands doing ₹10L–₹2Cr/month in India. Typically fashion, ethnic wear, lifestyle. COD-heavy, founder-led, performance-focused. If you're burning ad spend and your margin isn't moving, that's exactly who we're built for.
Do you work with brands outside India?
Yes. We work with Shopify brands doing $300K–$3M/year globally. Apparel, lifestyle, health. Engagement is English-first, pricing is in USD.
Do you work with non-Shopify brands?
No. Our entire system. Analytics, CRO, automation. Is built around Shopify. If you're on WooCommerce, Wix, or anything else, we're not the right fit.
What if I'm doing less than ₹10L/month?
BN is probably not the right partner yet. Our model works when there's enough data and spend to optimize against. Below ₹10L, the ROI on a full-stack partner doesn't make sense for you. Build the brand first, then come back.
How engagements work
How do we get started?
Book a free 30-minute strategy call. We look at your brand. Ads, store, funnel. And tell you where the profit gaps are. No pitch deck. No obligation. If there's a fit, we'll tell you what we'd do and what it costs.
What's the D2C Profit Audit and do I need it?
The audit is a full diagnostic. Ads, store, funnel, analytics, logistics. You get a 30+ page report and a 90-day roadmap. It's ₹20,000, and if you move to a retainer, that fee is fully offset against your first invoice. You don't need it to work with us. Some brands come in knowing exactly what they need and we start execution directly. The audit makes sense when the problem isn't obvious and you want complete clarity before committing to a direction.
Who do I work with day-to-day?
One dedicated operator. Not a junior, not a rotating team. One point of contact who knows your brand, your numbers, and your goals. If that changes for any reason, you're told directly. Not discovered three weeks later.
How many clients does BN take on?
Maximum 4 new brands per month. We cap it deliberately. Capacity isn't sold beyond what we can actually execute at the level we've committed to. If we're at capacity when you reach out, we'll tell you. And tell you when there's an opening.
Pricing & contracts
What does ads management cost?
Fixed monthly retainer. No hidden fees. Meta Ads Management. ₹40,000/month. Google Ads Management. ₹40,000/month. Meta + Google Combined. ₹60,000/month. One-time services (store builds, automation setup, audit) and monthly add-ons (WhatsApp/email management, analytics reporting, creatives) are priced separately on the services page.
Is there a lock-in or minimum contract?
No. Month-to-month. If it's not working, you stop. We don't trap clients in contracts. We keep them because the results justify it.
Do you bill hourly?
No. Fixed package or retainer only. Hourly billing rewards time, not outcomes. Our model is aligned to your results. Not the clock.
Is the D2C Profit Audit fee refundable?
The audit fee isn't refundable standalone. You're paying for a full diagnostic and a 90-day roadmap, which you keep regardless. If you move to a retainer with us, the ₹20,000 is fully offset against your first month's invoice.
The 15-day guarantee
How does the 15-day performance guarantee work?
On ads services, you pay 50% upfront when we sign. We run the first 15 days. If you're satisfied, you pay the remaining 50% and we continue. If you're not. Full refund of your 50% advance. No arguments. From month 2 onward, the full amount is due in advance.
What counts as "unsatisfied"? Who decides?
You decide. No metric threshold, no debate. If you don't want to continue at day 15, you get your money back. The guarantee exists because we're confident in what we do. Not to create a loophole we can argue our way out of.
Does the guarantee apply to all services?
Ads services only. Meta and Google management. It doesn't apply to one-time builds (Shopify store, landing pages, automation setup) or monthly add-ons. Those are scoped, agreed upfront, and delivered as specified.
What makes BN different
You say you "operate brands". What does that mean exactly?
BN is an operational partner in Shopify D2C brands doing ₹1Cr+/month. We're not advising from the outside. We're inside the ad account, the Shopify backend, the data. The strategies we bring to client brands come from running live operations, not case studies we read somewhere. That's also why we cap clients. We're not a factory.
How is BN different from other D2C agencies?
Most agencies own one channel. Ads, or design, or email. You end up with five vendors who don't talk to each other, and nobody owns the P&L conversation. BN covers the full stack: ads, Shopify, automation, analytics. One partner. No finger-pointing between vendors. And because we operate brands ourselves, we optimize for net margin. Not just ROAS.
What metric do you actually optimize for?
Net margin per delivered order. Not ROAS in isolation. Not GMV. Not sessions. ROAS at 4x means nothing if your RTO rate is 30%, your COD remittance is delayed 10 days, and returns are eating the margin. We track the number that actually hits your account. And we work backwards from there.
Tools & platforms
What is Margifi and do I need to use it?
Margifi is BN's internal analytics layer. It pulls your Shopify, Meta, and logistics data into one system and sends you a daily WhatsApp report. ROAS, CAC, RTO cost, net margin. Not a dashboard screenshot. Numbers you can act on. Available as a monthly add-on at ₹1,000/month. You don't need it to work with BN, but most brands who've used it don't go back to managing by spreadsheet.
What platforms does BN work on?
Ads: Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google. Store: Shopify (all plans). Automation: Bitespeed, AiSensy, Klaviyo. Analytics: Margifi. We don't work on WooCommerce, Magento, or non-Shopify stacks. We don't manage Twitter/X, Snapchat, or Pinterest ads. Focus is intentional.
